Kapsule Cloud was born from frustration. After years of managing NZ business websites on shared hosting providers — dealing with slow servers, offshore support, opaque billing, and platforms that felt stuck in 2010 — we decided to build something better.
We're Kapsule Group Limited, the team behind Kapsule Marketplace — New Zealand's marketplace for NZ-made products. We've been running production infrastructure for years and we know exactly what it takes to keep NZ businesses online reliably.
Kapsule Cloud is our infrastructure division. We use it ourselves, every day, to run Kapsule Marketplace and the products our clients depend on. That means when something breaks, we're the ones getting paged at 3am — which means we care deeply about uptime and reliability.

We're 100% New Zealand owned. Our primary datacenter is in Auckland. Our support team is in New Zealand. We issue NZ GST invoices and we understand the NZ Privacy Act requirements that matter to your business.
We're not a local reseller of an offshore product — we build and operate our own infrastructure stack.

Kapsule Cloud is separate from Kapsule Marketplace. The marketplace helps NZ makers sell their products; the cloud helps NZ businesses stay online. Same team, same values, different products.
