How these numbers are calculated
Live from the production database. Every count above is a SQL query against the same Postgres database that powers the customer panel. Cached at the edge for 5 minutes; that's the only delay.
Friendly bucketing. Counts get rounded down to the nearest comfortable threshold (20+, 50+, 100+, 300+...) so the number doesn't lurch around with single-customer churn. The true count is always at least the shown value.
No vanity metrics. No "pages served," "uptime minutes since 1970," or "data transferred." Just what's actually here: customers, sites, domains, servers.
Active = active. Cancelled accounts and deleted sites don't count. The number is "right now," not "all-time signups."
